Why our Nitrogen Plants?

SAM Gas Projects Pvt.
Ltd. has carved a niche of excellence in the nitrogen gas
production and supply market. We design, manufacture, supply and
export high quality PSA based nitrogen plants and lab scale nitrogen
plants. In both the technology, it generates pure quality nitrogen
at constant flow rate and at constant pressure.

Salient features of our gas plant
- All pressure vessels shall be designed and fabricated as per
ASME Section VIII, Div. I Codes & International standards and
material of construction shall be IS-2002Gr.2 /SA -516
- All Pressure Vessels shall be fabricated at our State-of-the-art
ISO 9001-2000 Workshop certified for Design & Manufacturing. All
Pressure Vessels shall have Safety Valves, Pressure Switch &
pressure gauges.
- Gas generation shall be designed and constructed for gas tight
service. Complete system shall be pressure tested for Nil leakages
- We shall be using highly efficient 3- stage OIL Filtration
system before PSA Towers to avoid any oil slippage .
- The PSA Change over Valves shall be of FISHER XOMOX ( TUFLIN ).
- All the bought-out Components shall be of Internationally
reputed make.
- Our Plant does not require dedicated operator, only period check
-up is required.
- Low capital investment and low operational cost compared to
cylinders.
- The Carbon Molecular sieves is of Latest Grade Carbotech,
Germany / Takeda -Japan make & use of excess quantity of CMS
ensures satisfactory plant performance over many years . THE LIFE OF
CARBON MOLECULAR SIEVES IS GUARANTEED FOR 10-12 YEARS (under
standard operating conditions ).
- We supply our products with a guarantee for 12 months against
any manufacturing defect from the date of supply or 18 months from
the date of dispatch .
